Mike has been making incredible music since the tender age of 7. As a young adult he was a sought after session player with the likes of The Bee Gees, Backstreet Boys, Chaka Khan, Scritti Politi, and Ian Dury, co-writing and arranging much of Dury's Four Thousand Week's Holiday album.
His subsequent career as a pop musician, writer & producer in the UK scene is saturated with celebrity collaborations, such as Curiosity Killed the Cat, Soul II Soul, Teena Marie, Mark Morrison, Patrice Rushen and UK DJ, Wookie. As a professional musician he has toured with Traffic, Sting and spent four years with Steve Winwood, as Musical Director the Junction 7 tour.

Mike's successes have crossed over into the film and television world, including musical scores for the BBC and PBS winning an Emmy for best music score in 2004 for his PBS documentary 'Tennessee Yearbook'. His award winning work spans features, series, documentaries and children's programming.
